but tough nooggies (lol, don't you just love my spelling) because we have news that is wonderfully exciting! The house is dried in!!!!! All the windows are in and we paid a small roofing crew to put on the metal roof. We've passed another inspection and we're ready to start electrical and plumbing now! Ahh! We're getting so close! BEHOLD...This is the second story of the house. Lord willing one day it's going to be two more bedrooms and a little half bath, but until the money comes in for that we are going to be finishing and living in just the down stairs. The Man and I just love the way this space feels. It might be our favorite part of the house now. Aren't the gables just lovely? Can you believe how hard The Man has been working? I'm just so proud of him I could bust! The girls and I went out to the land for a couple of hours with The Man one sunny afternoon. I LOVE coming over the hill and suddenly our house appears. At one time there was an old house on our land, so I was excited to see if there might be any bulbs coming up anywhere, and I wasn't disappointed.Oh, we are getting closer and closer all the time and both of us are just itching to get out there in this house. Patience...the theme of my life right now *smile*.

What a beautiful place to live and such a cute house. I love the gables! It makes you think of curling up in the window with a good book.
